Decide it now, so the morning doesn't have to.

Executive function fails at the moment of demand. Nobody can pick an outfit at 6:50 a.m. while the clock is running — so these tools move every decision upstream, to the night before or the week before, when there's capacity to make it.

Three tools, free, no sign-up. They work on a phone, they print, and nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere.

  1. Once, before term starts

    Work backward

The first bell is the one thing you can't move — everything else is subtraction. Put in the bell time, the travel, and how long the morning honestly takes, and it works backward to the wake time and bedtime that actually make it fit. Then it builds a night-by-night runway for shifting sleep earlier, because a sleep schedule can't be moved in one night. If the gap is too big for the days left, it tells you that too, rather than handing back a plan that can't work.

You get: a target alarm, a target lights-out, and a dated runway. Open the tool →
  2. Build once, follow daily

    The morning sequence

List the real steps of the morning with honest times, and it lays them against the clock to find the latest you can actually get up. Mark which steps survive a bad day, and it shows the stripped-down version — the one that still gets you out the door when everything's going wrong. That fallback is the point: mornings usually fail not because the routine is bad, but because a good routine breaks once and gets abandoned.

You get: a timed sequence, a latest-possible alarm, and a fallback. Open the tool →
  3. Every night

    The night before

A nightly reset grouped by where things end up — on the launch pad, laid out in the bedroom, in the fridge, on the charger — because a place you can walk to is easier to hold onto than a list you have to remember. It ends with the one question worth asking out loud every night: what's different about tomorrow? A surprise costs far more than the same event seen coming.

You get: everything in its place before lights out. Open the tool →

Start with the first one.

The three connect: the wake and leave times from Work backward carry into The morning sequence, and the lights-out time carries into The night before. Working through them in order takes about fifteen minutes and only has to happen once.
